Family night at the Union Pacific Museum – Oct 5th (5 – 7 pm)

Moonlight movie at Mockingbird – Oct 5th (6 – 9 pm)

  • Come enjoy a fun evening of activities (face painting and coloring paper guitars) and an outdoor viewing of the Disney/Pixar movie COCO, bring lawn chairs or a blanket to sit on

Harvest Fest at Village Pointe Farmers Market – Oct 6th (8:30 am – 12:30 pm)

  • Free hayrack rides, bounce house, pumpkin paining, live music, pumpkin pie eating contest, craft vendors, and specialty products from your favorite local farmers and more
  • Village Pointe, Omaha

Harvest Fun Days at Hummel Nature Center – Oct 13th and 20th (10 am – 2 pm)

  • Activities include taking a ride to their pumpkin patch, making a fall craft, exploring the trails, playing games, and more. RSVP online at parks.cityofomaha.org under “Activity Registration” button

La Vista One Sky, One World Kite Festival – Oct 14th  ( 12 – 4 pm)

  • Bring your own kite and kids can bring a bag for the candy drop
  • La Vista Soccer Complex, just south of 66th and Harrison Streets

Spooktacular at the Omaha Zoo and Aquarium – Oct 13th – 28th (5:30 pm – 8:30 pm)

  • Visit the Lied Jungle to see flying bats or stop by Kingdom of Night to see nocturnal animals.
  • Henry Doorly Zoo

Planes, Trains & Autos at the SAC Aerospace Museum – Oct 27th (10 am – 2 pm)

  • Featuring sports cars, hotrods and muscle cars, aircraft and interactive model train displays throughout the museum. There will also be a super hero trick-or-treat. Come in costume.
